Paul Siker
When Paul Siker launched Advanced Recruiting Trends in 2001, he had one principal objective in mind: To equip professional recruiters with proven techniques, methodologies, and best practices that would tangibly optimize their performance and create ongoing competitive advantage.
As CEO of Advanced Recruiting Trends, Paul possesses over twenty five years of comprehensive talent acquisition and recruiting expertise.
His passion for teaching others is complemented by his commitment to continue cultivating “real world” recruiting experience within his executive search firm, The Artisan Group. Prior to starting Advanced Recruiting Trends, Paul was an Officer, Partner, and Senior Consultant at The Guild Corporation, an undisputed leader in the Washington, D.C. recruitment and staffing marketplace.
Following the sale of The Guild Corporation to System One, Inc., (later acquired by TMP Worldwide – parent to Monster.com), Paul was tapped to help create a division-wide recruitment training platform grounded in recruitment and selling best practices.
These experiences, coupled with recurring client requests for specialized training in key areas of the recruitment sales process, became the primary catalysts in convincing him to start Advanced Recruiting Trends. Today, Advanced Recruiting Trends designs, develops and produces best-in-class, content-rich, recruitment training programs that are focused on elevating all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, particularly as relates to proactive recruiting concepts and techniques.
